SKIN

Each one of us is given a body as a vehicle to discover this world. The amount of comfort one feels in their body goes so much deeper than the shallow impression of the people watching from the outside. The female body gets objectified by the society we live in way too often. The male gaze in media is still dominant. Our bodies are constantly compared to the idealized idea of how a woman should look and we get shamed and sexualized.

For twenty-six days I photographed a different woman everyday, nude in the surrounding of her own house. This project is about women of all kind, celebrating our bodies, showing that a female nude body is so much more than what our society teaches us.
